Prenatal Care & Appointment Policies
What can I use as prenatal-care confirmation?
Before most elective ultrasound experiences, please show confirmation that you are receiving prenatal care. Any one of the following is acceptable:
- A dated ultrasound picture or screenshot from this pregnancy
- An appointment card from your OB, midwife or prenatal provider
- Your patient portal showing a prenatal appointment date
If plans change: cancellations and rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hoursā notice when cancelling or rescheduling. This gives us an opportunity to offer that appointment time to another expectant family.

A New Conception provides elective ultrasound experiences for bonding and keepsake purposes. Our visits complementābut do not replaceāthe care you receive from your OB, midwife, or prenatal provider. Medical questions and concerns are best discussed with your healthcare provider.
